Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement

• By placing an order, the buyer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

• All transactions are subject to international trade laws and regulations.

2. Orders & Payment

• Orders must be confirmed in writing (purchase order or contract).

• Payment terms will be agreed upon before shipment (e.g., advance payment, letter of credit).

• Prices are quoted in the agreed currency and exclude duties, taxes, and customs fees unless stated otherwise.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping arrangements follow agreed Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF, DDP).

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or unforeseen delays.

• Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer according to the agreed Incoterm.

4. Customs & Duties

• Buyers are responsible for complying with import regulations in their country.

• Any duties, taxes, or fees imposed by customs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped goods.

• Claims must be made within 7–14 business days of receipt with supporting documentation.

• Refunds will be processed once goods are returned and verified.

6. Force Majeure

• The seller is not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions).

7. Governing Law

• All transactions are governed by the laws of the seller’s country unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Disputes will be resolved through negotiation, arbitration, or legal proceedings as applicable.
