Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable for goods that are:

  • Damaged during transit.

  • Incorrectly shipped (wrong product, quantity, or specifications).

  • Proven to be defective upon arrival.

2. Timeframe

  • Buyers must notify us of any issues within 7–14 business days of receiving the goods.

  • Claims made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Documentation Required

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

  • Photographic evidence of damage or defect.

  • Customs clearance documents (if applicable).

4. Refund Process

  • Once the claim is verified:

  • Refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued in the same currency and payment method used for the purchase.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Goods damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

  • Perishable goods (unless damaged during transit).

  • Customized or special-order items.

6. Return Shipping

  • For defective or incorrect goods, return shipping costs will be covered by the seller.

  • For other cases, the buyer may be responsible for return shipping.
